Todd
W. Heck
Todd W. Heck is a graduate of the Villanova University School
of Law. In addition, Mr. Heck received a second law degree,
a Masters in Taxation, from New York University. He was admitted
to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1979, the New Jersey Bar in 1980,
and the New York Bar in 1990. He is also admitted to practice
before the United States District Court of New Jersey and Eastern
Pennsylvania, the United States Tax Court, and the United States
Claims Court. Mr. Heck has a broad based commercial practice
which includes business transactions, estate planning and administration,
real estate, bankruptcy, corporations, creditors’ rights,
commercial litigation, and estate litigation. In addition, Mr.
Heck is able to concentrate his efforts in the fields of tax
planning, tax negotiation, and tax-related litigation in the
State and Federal Courts. Mr. Heck’s professional associations
include the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Cumberland
County Bar Association. He also serves on the local Judicial
and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee.
