Frank G. Basile

Frank G. Basile was a senior partner of the firm from its foundation in January, 1983 until his death on August 29, 2005. He was a graduate of the Temple University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1963. Mr. Basile had been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney three times. He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Basile had 38 years of trial experience in State and Federal courts, and specialized in medical malpractice, product liability, work place accidents, and other serious and severe injury cases. Mr. Basile had shared his expertise by serving as a seminar speaker on Product Liability Litigation. He was also a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice. Mr. Basile’s professional associations included the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He served as President of the Cumberland County Bar Association in 2001-2002.
